My name is Tomasz Oniśk and I am an independent IBM ILMT and BigFix specialist. I started in 2014 with 7.5-to-9.x migrations and my first full deployments, and I have run my own practice since 2020.
Around 30 ILMT environments have passed through my hands since then: banks, insurers, energy companies, public institutions. I have repaired them after years of neglect, walked them through IBM audits and kept them in shape so the quarterly reports simply exist when someone asks for them.
I speak both languages of this job: the technical one of server, network and security teams, and the business one of managers who need to know what the numbers mean and what they will cost.
Certifications: IBM Certified Deployment Professional: Sub-Capacity Licensing Tools & Processes and Endpoint Manager (BigFix), IBM Certified System Administrator: AIX, Red Hat Certified Engineer, ITIL 4 Foundation, plus a dozen more technical certifications across IBM Power and storage, Microsoft and Red Hat.

I work remotely with clients across Europe, in Polish and English, over VPN, a jump host or supervised sessions. On-site visits are possible when a project needs them. I am based in Poland.
