When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address and, if you choose to share them, company name, telephone number, inquiry topic and message content. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and handle further correspondence about our services.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and afterwards for the period in which claims related to it could arise. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
The website is hosted in the European Union.
On your first visit the site asks for consent to Google Analytics cookies. Without your consent the tool runs in cookieless mode and stores no identifiers in your browser. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage; to change it, clear the site data in your browser and the site will ask again. reCAPTCHA protects the contact form against spam and works independently of this consent. The Calendly scheduling widget asks about its own cookies separately, inside its window.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO). Your data may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf. It is not transferred to anyone else.
